Author Chats Benefit OUSD Libraries

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 29, 2021

Friends of the Oakland Public School Libraries (FOPSL) is hosting a series of Author Chats via Zoom on Thursday evenings in April to help raise funds to support Oakland public school libraries, including purchasing new books, resources for librarians, and ebooks for the new OUSD Digital Library.  The Chats feature Daniel Handler (April 15), author of seven novels and the Lemony Snicket series; Te-Ping Chen (April 22), Oakland native and author of the acclaimed Land of Big Numbers; and Gayle Tsukiyama (April 29) award-winning author of The Color of Air.
